It has been scorching hot this past few days and I thought it would be a refreshing treat for Nathan to have a bath/play time.
One of the downside of living in an apartment is that we don’t have a backyard where we could put a small pool for Nathan to enjoy, but I thought that’s not an excuse so I got one of the tubs we used for moving, filled it with water & put it in our balcony where there was a soft breeze…and based on his smile…Nathan loved it!
It’s a wonder how today Nathan reminded me to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. He had the best time in a small tub with toys from his Nana Kay… Nothing extravagant and yet it brought such joy to my darling son.
I had a relaxing time playing with him & taking photos…it’s a wonder to see that he loves the water as much as I do…
Anak, I hope you never get too old to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Always remember, happiness is not always about money, or fame, or success…but it’s always about family & loved-ones & the time you spend with them. Your dad & I love you very much! Hope you never get tired of hearing that =)
